MERCHANDISING AND SAMPLING DEPARTMENT:

Our merchandising department is very well organized and provides professional customer services through prompt communication and efficient working method. Sampling department is equipped with all facilities, therefore it can respond to customer’s demand in a very short time span.

DYEING DIVISION:

Active Apparels Int'l (Pvt.) Ltd., Our dyeing color matching is done through latest state of the art machines.

2- One soft flow with 600 - 750 Kgs Cap. 3T
3- High-pressure 400 - 500 Kgs Cap. 4T
4- High-pressure 400 - 500 Kgs Cap. 4T
5- High-pressure 600 - 700 Kgs Cap. 6T
6- One soft flow with 500 - 600 Kgs Cap. 6T
7- One soft flow with 200 - 300 Kgs Cap. 3T
8- One soft flow with 50 - 100 Kgs Cap. 1T

TOTAL DYEING CAPACITY: 3350-4000 KGS PER DAY.

SAMPLE DYEING MACHINES:

1- One High pressure with 40 Kgs capacity
2- One High pressure with 75 Kgs capacity
3- One open winch (8 Feet) with 200 Kgs capacity.
4- Two open winch (4 Feet) with 75 Kgs capacity.
5- One open winch (2 1/2 Feet) with 25 Kgs capacity.
6- One open winch (1 1/2 Feet) with 5 Kgs capacity.

DYEING FINISHING DIVISION:

VERTICAL DRYER (4 TUBES):
We are also equipped with three tubular dryers with minimum capacity of 2250 Kgs per day.

CALANDERS:
Active Apparels Int., (Pvt.) Ltd., has a vast range to calander the dyed fabric, calanders and their capacities are approximately 4000 Kgs per day.

TUMBLES & HYDRO MACHINES:

1- Eleven Tumble dryers with a capacity of 3500 Kgs per day.
2- Two Hydro machines with 1000 Kgs capacity per day.

RAISING & BRUSHING MACHINE:
Active Apparels Int., (Pvt.) Ltd., has a raising & brushing machine with minimum capacity of 1200 Kgs per day.

GARMENT WASHING MACHINE:
Active Apparels Int., (Pvt.) Ltd., has Garment Washing machines with minimum washing capacity of 300 dozen per day.
