Fabric Inspection:
To produce quality product, it’s very necessary that you must have quality
input. To achieve this, Al Noor Textiles not only purchasing raw materials from
trusted source but also made a separate fabric inspection section which is
monitoring the fabric with the help of latest equipment.
Cutting Section
Being a quality conscious company it was feel to have the computerized cutting
program including spreading, marking, cutting and post printing. In this context
latest machines has been installed in the factory and is
working perfectly with optimized cutting outcome.
Sewing Section
Al Noor Textiles has fully automated sewing section. Different varieties of
machines are running there. With the help of this automation, facility not only
increases its production but also providing consistency and perfection to the
garment and made the high quality.

Finishing
Al Noor Textiles has in house washing facility and equipped with latest
machines. To test the behavior and feel of fabric, the facility built a sample
washing section which carrying a light volume washing and hydro machines. This
section enables to get same washing result in bulk washing which facility
attains in sample washing unit.
For Bulk washing, the facility has 5 washing machines ( 450 pound capacity each
), 2 hydro and 10 dryer, which makes laundry capable to wash 12,500 Sq. Yards /
day. Skilled staff and machines made laundry perfect
for following washing types.
