In order to achieve the goal of establishing a fully integrated production set up starting from raw cotton to packed garments, our management decided to establish ring spinning facilities within the premises of Three Stars Hosiery Mills.

Spinning Unit 1:

Initially, a small unit of 6336 spindles was installed in the year 2000. Own research and expertise along with modern technology and strict quality control, helped us in producing top quality melange yarn. In order to meet the in house consumption as well as growing commercial demand, the number of spindles were raised to 11496 later on, bringing total yarn production to 17000 Lbs/day.

Spinning Unit 2:

The Successful operations of Spinning Unit # I encouraged the management to establish another unit in the year 2001. A total of 21672 spindles are in operation now, producing 44000 Lbs of 100% cotton yarn daily. The unit comprises of Rieter blow room with B 11 uniclean, Rieter shoot feed cards, Rieter E 62 combers, Rieter auto leveler drawing frames, SKF drafting for ring spinning frames and state of the art Schlafhorst auto winders.In addition to that, doubling facility is also available having capacity to twist over 10000 Lbs. of yarn daily.

Since both the units are situated in cotton producing belt (Multan, Pakistan) so only good quality cotton is procured but our main strength lies in highly qualified technical professionals. Counts ranging from NE 8 to NE 52 carded and combed have regularly been produced not only to cater in house consumption but also for local sales / exports. For the past three years, Far East remained our main export market for quality knitting yarn. In short, the brand Three Stars has become a bench mark as far as knitting yarn is concerned.
