Support

We have well-defined support services comprising of MIS Department. The MIS department is responsible for the smooth transition of data and flow of information with in the company, the maintenance and up keeps of the database, Intranet and (soon to be operational) Extranet.

The Intranet/Extranet is a Password-Operated window of information for employees and customers alike. It allows live and on-line generation of reports customized for vendors, customers and internal use. Currently, the MIS team is in the process of giving remote access to customers to track progress on their order and shipments on line. A Tracking System is also in placed to monitor for the timely dispatch of orders.
